Introduction:
 
Aleksandra (Ola) Luboinska was born in Poland, but has been resident in Germany since 2001. She now resides near Darmstadt with her American partner. The direct day-to-day exposure to those different cultures gives her a deep, personal understanding of the challenges multicultural teams and relocating individuals face, and she integrates those findings directly into her training which she delivers in Polish, English and German.  aleksandra.jpg
