Our Blended Services and Integrated Solutions are a combination of ‘traditional’ (usually on-site) services and a selection of eServices.
Blended Services is one of our core services that is supported / complemented by online solutions. The latter can be run a-synchronically (i.e. self-paced) or synchronically (i.e. live) with an expert. These mixed sequences are matched to your needs and are usually run in a process-orientated manner. This is to support progress in an effective and efficient way.
Integrated Solutions combine a variety of ‘traditional’ services, and are supported by online solutions.
