| Brandon is a consultant and trainer working in the field of cross-cultural management. His work and cross-cultural research has taken him to Chile, Ghana, Namibia and Malaysia. He has also worked in Indonesia and the Philippines leading a British Council youth programme based on the themes of culture, identity and leadership. His more recent activities involve him in working with organisations in developing their cross-cultural management capability, and continuing his academic research and publications. | ![]() |
