Introduction:
 
Brandon is a consultant and trainer working in the field of cross-cultural management. His work and cross-cultural research has taken him to Chile, Ghana, Namibia and Malaysia. He has also worked in Indonesia and the Philippines leading a British Council youth programme based on the themes of culture, identity and leadership. His more recent activities involve him in working with organisations in developing their cross-cultural management capability, and continuing his academic research and publications.  brandon.jpg

Trainer on intensive experiential learning leadership development expeditions in Namibia for Aviva plc & MOD personnel

Lead facilitator on Young Global Citizens Project for British Council in Indonesia and the Philippines and project manager on international youth expeditions

Cross-cultural consultant, coach and trainer for international NGOs

Honorary lecturer on cross-cultural topics, as well qualitative software trainer and qualitative researcher at Leeds University Business School

 

Brandon’s doctoral research focussed on the international manager’s expatriate experience and cross-cultural competence. This has given him an in-depth knowledge of cross-cultural management that seeks to bridge the academic and practice divide.
