We make an effort to expand by co-operating and collaborating with associates. These are independent professionals who train, coach, consult, develop programs, support expatriates, and/or carry out other client-focused assignments at the request of Global Performance Improvement. 

Our intention is to create a network of professionals, who can create synergies by consolidating their individual strengths and by doing so satisfying clients individual needs.

We seek business professionals who (1) have extensive international business experience that includes both, living and working in different cultures, and (2) have the inclination to take on occasional development, consulting, training, or coaching engagements.

We can also provide research assistance and internships to students at MBA and Ph.D level.
