Introduction:
 
Jeremy is a US-based, UK-born Senior Associate of Global Performance Improvement Ltd. As well as having two degrees from the University of Oxford, he brings a practical, interactive approach to his global effectiveness coaching and training, thanks to his hands-on experience of leading and working in six multinational organizations in eight countries around the world. Experiences:

Full-time Banker, Educator and Journalist in six multinational institutions: Citibank, JP Morgan, Lloyds Bank International, Reuters News Agency, United Press International and World Bank.

Lived, studied and worked for extended periods in eight countries: France, Germany, Hong Kong (and China), Israel, Italy, Switzerland, the UK and the USA.

Traveled and done business in some 40 countries: Asia-Pacific, Europe and USA.

Currently writing a book on the “Truly Global Organization”.

Contributed to a 2003 book: Global Leadership: The Next Generation and co-wrote a chapter in a 2000 book: Coaching for Leadership. These were both based on a year-long study - Global Leadership: The Next Generation - for Accenture.

Adjunct faculty at the University of Texas’ Professional Development Center in Austin, TX, Intercultural Management Institute at American University in Washington, DC and Centre for Intercultural Communication, University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC.
