With over 10 years of leadership experience in international communication and change management roles, Kerstin understands the day-to-day challenges and complexities in an international business environment. This helped her during her nearly 10 years of self-employed consultancy and training work to stay focussed and provide practical and individual solutions for her various corporate clients.
