Introduction:

Molly grew-up in Malaysia. She holds a Bachelor in Chemistry and has worked in this field in several Asian countries. Based now in Germany, she works predominantly on designing and conducting cross-cultural programs to enable smooth working relations between Asian and German international companies. She speaks Malay, Chinese, German and English fluently.

Experiences:

Cross-cultural awareness training.

Cross-cultural training and coaching: China, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia.

Technology-transfer training in cross-cultural contexts.

Development of price and product marketing strategies.

Lectures in area studies and the Malay Language.

Molly designs HR-development programs pertaining to cross-cultural communication skills and conducts trainings for managers, executives and specialists. She is comfortable dealing with people from different nationalities and backgrounds and loves to explore new experiential methods in her trainings. With her country-specific knowledge of China, the Southeast Asia region and Germany, she acts as a consultant for companies requiring market entry strategies and advises in business partnering and global sourcing.
