Introduction:

Richard is a partner with the Europublic organization. He has covered Western Europe from Brussels for the last 30 years, either as a consultant or industrial reporter. His work has brought him into contact with all nationalities and led to a series of books investigating European cultures: We Europeans (2002), EuroManagers & Martians (2002) and The Art of being Belgian (2005). In addition to the UK and Belgium, he has lived and worked in Austria, Switzerland and Spain. He speaks English, French, German and Spanish.
