Introduction:

Ruben is originally from California but has lived in Germany since 1989 and before that lived in Italy and Switzerland for nearly 8 years. He has over 22 years of training experience in different sectors of the economy throughout Europe and North America. His current focus is on providing numerous Fortune 100 clients with intercultural leadership training and coaching. In addition, Ruben has specialized in helping international organizations adapt their sales presentations and training programs to the specific needs of their different national audiences around the world.
