The London College of Management and Leadership is run by William Westgate and Darren Windsor.  They specialise in providing training in sales and distribution of financial products. Darren is a certified accountant and William was, for over 20 years, a senior manager in fixed income securities and derivatives at some of the largest financial institutions in the City of London.  They both have lectured extensively at some of the UK's top colleges and Business Schools. They are acutely aware of the requirements the industry has to upgrade the business knowledge, management skills and sales techniques and have designed very effective courses to deliver that material. Their presentations are rigorous but far from theoretical. Instead, each module has personal anecdotes and practical experience that can be applied easily and effectively. Some of their work applies sophisticated multi-media techniques that explain complex issues very clearly.
