As a result of time spent in India, the USA and Germany, Tina has gained hands-on experience of the challenges involved in cross-cultural interactions. She designs and conducts cross-cultural seminars for a variety of audiences such as executives, managers, and trainees. Tina lectures at the University of Hanover for the International Business Program. In her interactive seminars she assists participants in experiencing culture using a multi-sensory approach.
